Foccacia er en av sommerfavorittene mine. Den allvitende wikipedia sier....
"Focaccia is related topizza, but not considered to be the same. Focaccia is quite popular inItalyand is usually seasoned witholive oiland sometimesherbs, and may be topped with onion,cheeseand meat, or flavored with a number ofvegetables. However, by far the most typical focaccia is simply baked dough topped with olive oil and a simple herb like rosemary or sage, and salted with coarse salt. It is very popular as a snack in Italyand school children will often purchase a slice from a baker on the way to school, to enjoy at break time."
... Denne bakte jeg og Vincent lørdag kveld & søndags morgen og spiste med eggerøre. Jeg brukte revet parmesanost som ikke ble spist tidlgere på dagen i deigen, og strødde også litt oppå. Anbefales!Slettes ikke så værst faktisk.
